Recruiting Players

What to look for when purchasing a new team.

4 main aspects to take into account when purchasing a new player or team to maximise your team cohesion and effective power.

What to look for when recruiting

There are 4 main things to look for when recruiting new players. In roughly this priority:

1. Champion Proficiencies - Click me

The main aspect to look for when buying new Players is the Champion proficiencies they have. Each Power Play and combo/class play only has 3 positions where it can actually activate (Top, Mid, Bot etc), so making sure the champions that the player is proficient with synergises with the position for that player and the plays available to the champions. From there you can narrow down to exactly what plays you want your player to be focusing in and will work well with your team.

An example of a good Proficiency pick would be

JNG Player with proficiencies for – The Beast, Hervedes, Morrisma

Each of these champions has both powerplays and combo plays accessible to the JNG position.

2. High Max Potential (not including gear) - Click me

Obviously you also want the highest max potential of a player, as this means more skill points which also means higher chances of winning those skill checks and reducing your opponents chances . You also want as low as possible current skill of the player also, as this means you have more points to allocate at your choosing, instead of them already having been spread amongst all stats.

Fame 60 players should be looking for a 5 to 6k trainable skill allotment in their players so they can ‘shape’ them however they want (eg. 5k current skill, 11k max potential (before gear))

3. Doesn’t share ‘Champion Proficiency’ with other players on your team - Click me

Trying to eliminate duplicate champion proficiencies across different players on your team will give you access to a much wider pool of plays available in-game and make it much harder for your opponent to ‘ban you out’. If you have only a few champion proficiencies which is shared amongst your other players on your team, your opponent could easily ban these and easily reduce the effectiveness of your team and the likely of you getting a good pick.

4. Low current ‘Skill of this player’ - Click me
